Where do you ship from?

Our products ship from two locations:

  • Australia (our embroidered hats)

  • International supplier (original hat styles)

This allows us to continue offering popular styles while expanding our branded range.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Our Embroidered Collection ships to the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. 

Our Original Collection ships to the United States, Canada, New Zealand and selected European countries.

How much is shipping?

Embroidered Hats: (ships from Australia OR international warehouse)

  • Australia: Free standard shipping on all orders
  • USA & Canada: $5.95 USD
  • New Zealand: $14.95 AUD 

Original Hats: (ships from International supplier) 

  •  Australia: Free standard shipping on all orders
  •  USA & Canada: $6.95 USD
  •  New Zealand: $9.95 AUD
  •  Selected European Countries: $9.95 AUD

Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?

If your order includes items shipped from different locations, they may arrive separately.
You’ll still receive everything you ordered — just in more than one delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Australian orders:

  • Embroidered Logo hats: 3–8 business days

  • Original hats: 10–12 business days

International Orders:

Our Embroidered Collection ships to the United States, Canada, New Zealand and selected European Countries. 

Estimated delivery times:

  •  USA & Canada: 10-15 Business Days 
  •  New Zealand: 8-12 Business Days 
  •  Selected European Countries: 8-10 Business Days
