We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Branded hats (packed in Australia): 3-5 business days

  • Original hats (international supplier): 10-12 business days

Please note:

  • Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are shipped from different locations.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Our branded collection ships to the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. Our original collection currently ships within Australia only.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Porky Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking provided, Porky Co is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us at info@porkyco.com. We will work with the courier to investigate and assist where possible.
