Change of Mind
Due to the nature of dog accessories and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general wear and tear.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@porkyco.com with:

A clear photo of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage after use, or are returned outside the stated timeframe
Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, we will cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items only
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been shipped and tracking provided, Porky Co is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are non-refundable.
